 Delusional

She adorns herself in the veil of reality.

Fragile it seems to be true. 

She strolls through her fantasies

In twilights hue. 

She holds a delicate soul in the

World of disguise. 

In the maze of her thoughts 

Where uncertainty lies.

A symphony of illusions 

she orchestrates beneath the shadows

Delusion reigns through the corridors of

Uncertain truths. 

In the conundrum of her illusions 

I have whispered love but a secret to keep

In the sea of imaginations dived deep.

My heart belived the weaven 

Love's illusion painted with desire and 

emotions right from the start. 

Love's illusions a captivating dance

As shadows play in the dusk and dawn

Reality echoes a melody bittersweet.

Unravel threads tangled the mind

How do i escape from the labyrinth 

Where her illusions bind.

Oh, her smile! A bliss to the eyes for a moment. What’s in them that melts my heart? A silent whisper from the heavens, perhaps, Or the cruel jest of fate, weaving its threads. I, a wanderer, am drawn to their light. And I am helpless, am consumed. I cannot grasp it. It hovers just beyond,  Like a fragment of a dream that flees at dawn. It should be nothing—just a smile, But it grasps me, constricts me . A riddle I dare not to solve, For to know is to lose, and to lose is despair. Her eyes seem to judge me without effort, Not cruelly, but indifferently, As if they’ve seen this all before, My trembling, my helpless awe. And yet, I am drawn to her.
